We provide delivery across the United States with standard and expedited options.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery – up to 14 days (free).
- Expedited delivery – up to 5 days (+ $150 to the order cost).
- Custom chair delivery – up to 30 days (due to individual production).
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing and delivery times may be delayed during holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.
Delivery to Remote Areas
Delivery times may be extended for some remote locations.
Damaged or Lost Orders
- If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- If your order is lost, we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
International Customs Duties & Taxes
For all orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, KULIK SYSTEM covers the standard shipping and delivery costs, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
The customer (recipient) is solely responsible for all applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by customs authorities, government agencies, or third-party customs service providers in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product purchase price and must be paid by the customer as required by the applicable authorities or service providers.
KULIK SYSTEM is not responsible for customs clearance delays, additional charges, or delivery disruptions resulting from the customer’s failure to fulfill applicable import requirements or pay the required duties, taxes, or fees, except to the extent caused by KULIK SYSTEM or otherwise required by applicable law.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, subject to applicable law and any expressly agreed written terms.
