Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased on final sale or with marked discounts.

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@kuliksystem.us to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Follow the return process outlined above and specify that you wish to exchange the product.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Provide photographs and a detailed description of the issue to expedite resolution.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
